Shipping policy
Your privacy and happiness are important to us. Orders are 100% discreetly packaged and arrive as quickly as possible. We offer multiple courier options including USPS and UPS.
– All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. NextDay Shipping can take 1-2 days to deliver, while 2DAY Shipping can take 2-3 days to deliver after an order is processed.
– Non-rush orders placed after 3 PM EST on Sunday through Thursday will ship the next day.
– Rush orders (express or overnight) placed after Friday at 3 PM EST and on Saturdays will ship on Monday (except holidays)
– Priority and Express shipping options – depending on your metro area, most rushed packages deliver on Saturdays.

We work around the clock to deliver your packages to you as quickly as possible. Orders can be placed on our site 24/7, and 365 days out of the year; however, we do not control the courier services and recognize everyone needs a break! Delivery may be delayed on the following holidays:

Discreet Shipping & Billing
Simple plastic packages and plain envelopes are used for all deliveries. The shipping labels and the return address will be addressed to the customer; there will be no identifying criteria from us or our warehouse on the outside of the package. Billing will read KC Enterprises.
